MEMS Optical now offers silicon microlens arrays diced to order and designed specifically for use in telecommunications applications. Our Gray Scale production method allows us to manufacture microlens arrays with extraordinarily low spherical error and insertion loss. Our lenses are manufactured in wafer form, so we are able to dice out any configurations, either 1D or 2D; as defined by our customer. The result is a fast turn around time with excellent uniformity and low insertion loss. Custom microlens designs are also available.
